I am proud to announce that the British Beauty Council has invited me to sit on the British Beauty Council Diversity & Inclusion Committee to help shape the future of age diversity in beauty, having recognised the work we are doing at Willowberry to change the current age narrative in beauty.
Working alongside the British Beauty Council and its committee will enable me to combine my passion, commitment and drive to change the age narrative in beauty with the British Beauty Council's authority, connections and desire for change, to help us achieve real change together as an industry.
As the British Beauty Council stated in its committee invite letter; "As an inspiring industry leader within the British Beauty community we would be delighted to invite you to join the Diversity and Inclusion Committee... British Beauty Council is in regular dialogue with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Her Majesty's Treasury representing the business interests of the sector. Your voice and expertise will help influence the future of diversity and inclusion in the UK beauty industry."
